I’m a freelance journalist in the truest sense of the word, a content writer, blogger and author of fiction. As a digital nomad, I explore the world and tell the stories I encounter. Vadim Shtepa is the editor-in-chief of Region.Expert (www.region.expert), the only independent media outlet on Russian regionalism and federalism. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University (1992) and Moscow School of Political Studies (2012). He is also an alumnus of Read morethe Research Course on American Federalism (University of Missouri, St. Louis, USA, 2013). Mr. Shtepa is the author of three books on the history and philosophy of Russian regionalism, as well as a regular columnist for regional projects of the Russian service of Radio Liberty (Sever.Realii and Sibir.Realii). Since 2015, he has been living in Estonia due to persecution in Russia for his political views.

FABIAN WEISS is a photographer and visual storyteller based in Estonia and member of the German photo agency LAIF. He conducts workshops on making magazines within the Publish Yourself! network together with a publisher and designer from Cologne. Fabian‘s work has been honoured by several Read moreinternational awards and his photographic essays have been exhibited internationally and published in numerous media including The New York Times, The Guardian, GEO, Der Spiegel and Die Zeit amongst others.
